One of the happiest chapters of my life was my time with the Nottingham group of COMA (Contemporary Music-Making for Amateurs) the most delightful collection of highly individual, highly creative, highly collaborative folk I have ever met.

First we hear an atmospheric background with a spoken introduction - “What would ‘the last syllable of recorded time’ actually sound like?” Panic sets in with the realisation that time is actually going to end. There is a frantic bebop-style dance that ends in utter shambles, subsiding into a gentler, more sober and reflective section, a gentle dance. Finally, the realisation dawns that the meaning of everything is ...”All you need is Love”!
